
Pico de Gallo
2 - 4oz cans of Sliced Jalapeños,
chopped
3 medium fresh tomatoes seeded and
chopped
3/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 medium onion
2 medium limes, using only the
squeezed juice
Combine all the ingredients. Use as
a dip, relish or side dish.
Keeps about three days, but best if
used fresh
